Shipping

U.S. Domestic Shipping

As of now, we ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia via U.S. Postal Service.

Please allow 10 days for processing ritually prepared items in addition to shipping. For all other items, allow 3-5 days for processing in addition to shipping time. You will receive notice when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We cannot ship internationally at this time, although we will look to do so in the future, so please check back.

Returns

Return Costs

At this time, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Return shipments must include a tracking number.

14 Days to Return

If you are unsatisfied with an item, you have 14 days to notify us and ship any items eligible for return to us. The shipping item must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

Body Oils, Herbal Baths + Teas

Only unused, unopened (with seal intact) body oils, herbal baths and teas are eligible for return. No items may be returned for a refund if there are any signs of use as determined by Queens of the River Marketplace.

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may contact us to process an exchange for an item of the same cost.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon delivery with a picture of how the damaged item arrived, and we will ship you a replacement.

Beaded Jewelry and Items

Items listed under “Beaded Jewelry” can be returned for repair, exchange, or refund.
