Red Raspberry Leaf, Calendula petals, Cramp Bark, Red Clover, Orange Peel, Wild Yam Powder
Add one to two teaspoons to 10-12 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
Optional: Add sweetener of choice.
